- My mantra lately has been Happiness and Sunshine (meaning no bad thoughts). One night while pointing into the night sky my son said, “No mommy, its happiness and moonshine”. That phrase has meaning on so many levels. It is true in that sometimes, there is darkness with a silver lining, and sometimes, mommy is happy when she has moonshine. Once that phrase was uttered I began saying, "what a great name for a blog"….and that’s all she wrote. I am a Martha Beck trained life coach, a photographer, a wife,and a mom (to name a few of my titles). I have 2 fabulous children who keep me smiling constantly and a wonderful husband (of 14 years) who supports me in all my endeavors big or small. We currently live in the Pacific Northwest and are enjoying the majesty of the mountains, water and nature in general. All photographs on this blog are taken by me unless otherwise noted.
